A modern townhouse required a remodel to correct some suboptimal renovations done by the previous owners. Each component was carefully considered including the floor plan, joinery design and furniture selections. So as to not overcapitalise, a plan was put into place. A wall was removed opening up the whole of the living room and kitchen/laundry area. Then a new laundry and bar area was created all hidden behind attractive full height doors. The new tv cabinets & study nook were finished in the same materials to keep the scheme cohesive. A valuation was sourced after the renovations were complete with around a very pleasing 3 times return on the owners cash investment.
