A very large early 90’s two storey brick home was in need of a complete upgrade. My clients were keen on bringing more light and a modern feel into the spaces. Heavy dark stained timber doors, architraves and skirting were painted white, walls pale grey and the flooring sanded and refinished. A new kitchen layout was proposed including a walk-in pantry making use of the under-stair space. All of the bathrooms, robes and stairwell received a complete face lift. Finally new window furnishings were installed throughout and furniture. Progress was slow as the works clashed with Covid 19 however the end result was very worth it and the clients are delighted.
